Beth Morrow will share stories of how working with leaders in conflict requires humility, a constant evaluation and refinement of what's in your survival kit, and a keen sense of awareness about the wilderness surrounding women and men in leadership positions today.

Beth Morrow is a teacher, coach, and consultant. Twenty years' experience experience in communications, fundraising, sales and marketingadministration, and nonprofit management gives her a passion to serve leaders at every level who are facing complex issues.  Learning from a team of expert trainers, interventionists and faculty at Lipscomb University, she has worked in coaching and promoting conflict competency to leadership groups, educators, elected officials, health care providers, legal practitioners and business managers.
