Valerie Kemp Dreier is the managing partner for the firm Valerie Kemp Dreier, Certified Public Accountant, a full service public accounting firm that serves clients across the Southeast region providing accounting, tax planning and preparation, and business consulting. With 15 plus years' experience in the accounting profession, Valerie specializes in providing a wide variety of services to closely held businesses, non-profit organizations and individual clients.

Being raised in the home of retail grocery operators, Valerie has seen firsthand what it means to be a small business owner. By watching her parents, she developed a great appreciation for the hard work ittakes to make an organization successful. Valerie graduated with a degree in Certified Public Accountancy from Lipscomb University in May 2004. Her degree was obtained while working full time at a local legal practice and accounting firm. She was granted licensure as a Certified Public Accountant in April 2007 and shortly thereafter opened the firm of Valerie Kemp Dreier, Certified Public Accountant.

Dennis has over 20 years of experience in the consumer products, customer service and healthcare industries. As principal of WorX Solutions Management, LLC, Dennis is passionate about complex coordination to achieve results. His career has repeatedly positioned him to conduct the efforts of multiple stakeholders in processes, across organizations and far-flung geographic locations.

He specializes in finding new, better ways to solve problems and his approach has repeatedly resulted in achieving results at scale. Dennis holds and MBA from Union University. His is hte past PTO president for Ravenwood High School and recently served as the Treasurer for the Tennessee Hemophilia Foundation.
