Bill Harlin
Principal
Nolensville High School
Dr. Bill Harlin is a native of Williamson County. He grew up raising Tennessee Walking Horses in Franklin at Harlinsdale Farm in his youth. He has served his entire career in Williamson County Schools beginning in 2000. He taught history at Centennial High School from 2000 to 2006. In 2006, he was hired as an assistant principal at Brentwood Middle School, and in 2009 he became principal. During his time as principal, Brentwood Middle School has been recognized as the top achieving school in the district for 3 years and for the highest growth in the district for 2 years. In 2013, Brentwood Middle was named a Tennessee Reward School. During the 2013-14 school year, Brentwood Middle received both the highest achievement and the highest growth awards in the district. Brentwood Middle was named a National Blue Ribbon School based on the results of Dr. Harlin’s last year of tenure at BMS.
In July of 2015, he began the role of principal of Nolensville High School. The school officially opened in the fall of 2016 last year with two grades, ninth and tenth grade with 470 students. This year the school has three grades 9th, 10th, and 11th grades. Nolensville High School has a current enrollment of 761.
Dr. Harlin earned BA degree in History from the University of Mississippi, Master of Arts in Teaching from Belmont, and an administrative endorsement from University of Tennessee at Martin. Dr. Harlin recently received his Ed.D. (Doctorate of Educational Leadership) in December of 2016 from Lipscomb University.
Most importantly, he is married to Kelly Harlin, who is a 9th grade English teacher at Centennial High School. He is the proud father of Tucker and Luke Harlin.
Cameron Gish
Assistant Principal
Mill Creek Middle School
Cameron Gish is currently the Assistant Principal at Mill Creek Middle School in Nolensville. Mill Creek Middle School opened in the fall of 2016 and is the newest middle school in the Williamson County School district. Prior to his appointment at Mill Creek, Gish was the Band Director at Hillsboro Elementary/Middle School in Franklin and was also a member of the marching band staff at Franklin High School in Franklin. In 2014, Hillsboro was named a "National Blue Ribbon School" and the Tennessee SCORE Prize Winner for Outstanding Public Middle School.
Gish is a 2011 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Murray State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Music Education degree. While at Murray State, he was honored as the Outstanding Senior Man and Greek Man of the Year. Gish also earned his Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb University in Nashville.
In addition to his responsibilities at Mill Creek, Gish is serving a 3-year term on the Murray State University Alumni Board of Directors. He currently resides in Nashville and is an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan.
Julie Sparrow

Mill Creek Elementary
Prior to opening Mill Creek in the fall of 2016, Sparrow was principal at Edmondson Elementary in Brentwood for eight years, however, Nolensville has always been home for her. Sparrow has lived in Nolensville for fifteen years with her husband, Jason, and sons, Braden and Logan. Before becoming an administrator, Sparrow taught kindergarten and 4th grade at Scales Elementary. She has received her Bachelors and Masters degree in education from Middle Tennessee State University.
Dr. Tim Brown
Principal
Sunset Middle School
Dr. Tim Brown was born in Washsington Court House, Ohio and grew up in Bellbrook, Ohio. He received his bachelor's degree from The University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky. He has degrees from Lincoln Memorial University and Tennessee Tech. He received his doctoral degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2007. He came to Williamson County in 1998 teaching science at Brentwood Middle School. He went on to be the Assistant Principal of Brentwood Middle School; he served as Assistant Principal at Page High School, Principal of Sunset Elementary School and is in his eighth year as Principal of Sunset Middle School. Prior to his educational career he served as an officer in the United States Army for nine years. He is a Gulf War veteran. He is mrried to Toni Brown, who is Williamson County's Gifted Specialisy. They have one son, Brycen.
