Williamson, Inc. Policy Talks is a monthly community forum featuring elected officials centered on the issues being discussed in the Tennessee Legislature and in Williamson County. Representatives are given a platform to discuss the issues in greater depth with their constituents. The one-hour program is aired on Comcast Channel 3, the county's public information channel, and rebroadcast on Williamson County Television's YouTube Channel. Williamson, Inc. hosts its next edition of Policy Talks at Columbia State Community College Williamson Campus. On Friday, April 26, the monthly program will feature Williamson County’s state legislative delegation. Moderated by Dave Crouch, conversation will center on the conclusion of legislative session, state budget, measures around state franchise tax, hotly debated school voucher proposals, transportation, and issues of key importance to Williamson County and the business community, plus attendee Q-&-A. Coffee and networking start at 7:30am, with the program beginning at 8:00am.
