What is the Small Business Academy?
The Small Business Academy is aimed at empowering local business owners in Williamson County. Designed in collaboration with the Small Business Council, this academy offers monthly sessions covering essential topics such as customer advocacy, financing strategies, effective problem solving, budget-friendly marketing, and social media trends. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and connect with fellow entrepreneurs.
September Topic: Scaling Your Business & Planning for Growth
Overview: Starting and growing a business is an incredible journey that includes struggling, having fun and, at times, riding white-water rapids. This session will cover four key focus areas that are critical for predictable growth and success. This interactive discussion will include practical tools you can use immediately with your team.
Speakers: Beth Chase and Katherine McElroy founded and led c3/consulting from start-up to $30M in annual revenues, serving Fortune 500 and private equity backed growth businesses going through transformational change. Beth and Katherine now “pay it forward” by co-leading the Nashville Entrepreneur Center InFlight program which is designed to help founders scale and grow their businesses.
Lunch provided by Insperity.
