Glenn McGehee's experience in commercial real estate development as an owner and developer dates back to 1994 with projects that include a 23-acre recreation and golf learning facility in Nashville, Tennessee as well as residential property development. In 2001, McGehee joined the Shopping Center Group, LLC, where he served as a tenant real estate representative for several major national tenants, including Ross Dress for Less, Borders Books, AT&T, Sally Beauty Supply and others, and handled land acquisition for developments for tenants such as Kohl's and other national anchor stores. He was promoted to the company's board of directors and to the position of president of operations for the Tennessee division. In 2004, McGehee was recruited by Centex Homes-Nashville Division to consult and oversee all land acquisition, land planning and entitlement. To date, he has conceived and executed five major property residential developments consisting of over 1,500 lots with a combined area of 859 acres and land purchases of more than $30 million.
McGehee gained valuable business experience early in his career in the health care industry by completing a two-year executive training program with the Fortune 100 company Humana, Inc., and with his own medical devices distributorship in the orthopedic and neurological medical fields.
McGehee holds a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from Lipscomb University, serves as a board member of Habitat for Humanity-Nashville, is a deacon of his church and former Chairmen of the Board for Sunshine Christian School in Franklin. McGehee is married with three children.
