Larry Bridgesmith, J.D., is chief relationship officer of ERM Legal Solutions, LLC, and a practicing lawyer in Nashville. He is listed as one of America’s Best Lawyers, among the Leading Lawyers for American Businesses and SuperLawyer. He is a member of the International Academy of Mediators and a member of the Dispute Resolution Section Council of the American Bar Association. Bridgesmith has practiced in the fields of labor, employment and dispute resolution for more than 30 years and served in management roles for boutique and mid-sized law firms throughout his career. He founded Lipscomb University’s Institute for Conflict Management and served as its inaugural executive director. He holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certificate. Bridgesmith is an adjunct professor in legal project management, conflict management and mediation at Vanderbilt University School of Law, Belmont University Massey Graduate School of Business, The Nashville School of Law and the Albany Medical School Alden March Institute for Biomedical Ethics. He coordinates the Program on Law and Innovation at Vanderbilt School of Law. In 2013, Bridgesmith was awarded the Grayfred Gray Award for Public Service in Mediation by the Coalition for Mediation Awareness in Tennessee. His practice in facilitation and training in organizational change management has taken him across the country and around the world.

Cole Hawkins was born and raised in the Southeast. After obtaining his MBA, Hawkins moved to Los Angeles and landed his first job with Creative Artists Agency, the premier talent agency. Oddly enough, it was through CAA that Hawkins developed a passion for technology startups. After dabbling with a few social startups, he moved to Nashville to enter the health care industry. After three years of working in the industry, Hawkins ventured out on his own to start Dose Healthcare. Dose is an urgent care house call service catering to patients in their home, office or hotel. Their mission is to offer patients the convenience and affordability of an urgent care clinic, while providing the personalized, high-quality care patients are accustomed to receiving from their primary care physician.

Luke Marklin is the general manager of Uber Technologies in Nashville, Tennessee. He is responsible for leading the locally-based team to execute all business operations in Nashville including supply, logistics, marketing and regulations. Previously, Marklin worked for Emerson Electric Company in marketing and strategic planning.
Luke received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from Purdue University. He currently resides in Nashville with his wife, Tara, and their son, August.
