Wilson Bank & Trust, a Middle Tennessee Community Bank, is seeking candidates for the Project Coordinator position, located in its Operations Center. Applicants must be able to perform the following duties: Facilitate and manage the planning and implementation of projects/product development from inception to execution. Define, prepare, and provide project timelines, schedules, and tasks to all members, utilizing Smartsheet application. Lead, coach, and motivate project team members to support progress and completion. Resolve issues and solve problems throughout the project cycle. Liaison with constituencies, communicate feedback and evaluations from one group to another. Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to team, process owners and executive sponsors. Determine test methodology and complete post-project evaluations to validate results. Monitor/measure return on investment (ROI) on each project. Design, develop, test, validate and manage automated and ad-hoc reporting to track project progress and support implementation. Continuously identify and evaluate methods to optimize workflow processes, increase efficiency/productivity and minimize errors and failures.
