About Us

Alan Irvin is an experienced certified public accountant (CPA), chartered global management accountant (CGMA), and Franklin, TN accountant and tax practitioner. Alan received Master of Taxation (MTax), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Bachelor of Science in Accounting degrees, and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, University of Tulsa, and U.S. Army Officer Candidate School and Armor School. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the AICPA Tax Section, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, and Beta Gamma Sigma. Alan has been a CPA for over 30 years and is licensed as a CPA in Tennessee and Kentucky. Formerly a partner in another successful CPA firm, Alan provided tax and accounting services to a diverse group of individual and business clients. Alan’s current role with Alan Irvin CPA LLC is to provide tax and accounting services and solutions to individuals and businesses and to focus on the tax and accounting needs and opportunities of small businesses, professional practices, and their owners.
