Founded by 2008 Olympic Decathlon Gold medalist Bryan Clay, Eat the Frog Fitness came from his personal use of the Mark Twain quote, "Eat a live frog first thing every morning & nothing worse can happen in your day". This "do the hard thing first, don't procrastinate" attitude is what we preach to our members on a daily basis. For most of us, our "Frog" is fitness, so we say don't put if off, eat it!
Our personalized small group training sessions are led by nationally certified coaches, & post COVID restrictions, will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We have sessions geared towards Strength, Cardio & Agility, using cutting edge technology that allows for a more personalized experience.
