Personal trainers offer knowledge on how to do exercises and what exercises you can do to change things up and make it more fun. They prevent injuries by ensuring proper form is being used. Lastly, they provide accountability and motivation. Some days we all need an extra nudge to get going and be productive.
WHY THE GYM TO YOU? Ditch the dirty, crowded gym. We provide convenience by allowing you to train in the comfort of your own home, local park, recreation center, or even office. We bring all the needed weights and equipment. Additionally, we have years of experience and education serving the greater Nashville area and other areas of Tennessee.
HOW CAN WE HELP? Your first session is free! If you are new to the exercise game, or want to get back in it, just schedule a few sessions where we can show you what to do, how to do it, give you some options, and leave you to it. If you want better results, we suggest you book from one to three sessions per week to maximize you potential.
