He gives leaders tools, grounded in Human-Centered Design and creative works, to resolve business and people pain points...while transforming who they are along the way.
John works with leaders who want to not only get better at solving complex business and people problems (AI, communication, customer experience, emotional intelligence, strategy, talent retention, etc.), but experience substantial personal growth along the way.
