Job Title: Shipping Supervisor
Location: Nolensville, TN                             
Reporting Relationship: VP of Operations

Company Overview
Card Market is a technology-enabled provider of gift card solutions. The company’s core business involves printing custom gift cards and offering virtual gift cards for small to medium-sized merchants. The company has approximately 70 employees and has a feel of a small business.

Shipping and Receiving responsibilities.

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for defects or discrepancies
  • Verify accuracy of shipments against purchase orders
  • Ship multiple packages daily through an automated system
  • Ability to ship UPS and Fed ex daily
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bill of lading, shipping labels and customs declarations
  • Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-up and delivery of shipments
  • Communicate with all  departments regarding shipping and receiving issues
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Ability to occasionally lift 60 pounds
  • Commitment to safety
Pay and Benefits
  • Pay  $20.00 -$30.00 per hour based on experience
