Looking for Motivated individuals to join a vibrant and dedicated team to work with us at our BRAND NEW location in Cool Springs Meridian. 

On Christmas Eve 2021, we humbly unveiled our first location in Germantown, and since that moment, we’ve soared forward with unyielding enthusiasm! We’ve crafted and nurtured what many consider the most captivating Italian Deli in Nashville, infused with the essence of NYC deli charm and our own fun vibrant culture—LHIM is the place to be! We’re known to have a happy, upbeat, and helpful staff.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order.

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries promptly.

• Operate the POS system efficiently for processing orders and managing cash register transactions.

• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all legal requirements regarding serving age and intoxication levels.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.

• Manage time effectively to ensure timely preparation of drinks during peak hours.

• Maintaining inventory levels, and ordering. 

Expectations: 

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.

• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.

• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus but not required.

• Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

• Hold active TN ABC server’s permit
