We're looking for Motivated individuals to join a vibrant and dedicated team to work with us at our BRAND NEW location in Cool Springs Meridian.

On Christmas Eve 2021, we humbly unveiled our first location in Germantown, and since that moment, we’ve soared forward with unyielding enthusiasm! We’ve crafted and nurtured what many consider the most captivating Italian Deli in Nashville, infused with the essence of NYC deli charm and our own fun vibrant culture—LHIM is the place to be! We’re known to have a happy, upbeat, and helpful staff.

Roles:

Be a part of a dedicated team!
Follow recipe instructions for quality food output
Follow high standard Food Safety protocols
Meal preparation and plating
Keep up with a fast-pace

Responsibilities:

Prepare foods for Line before service; cutting, cooking, portioning, packaging, labeling.
Setting up your station (opening) and tearing down the station (closing).
Keeping your station restocked & clean between rushes.
Gauging tickets and getting orders out in a timely manner.
Clear communication between teammates on the station with you, and between other stations.

Expectations:

Food or Restaurant experience a plus (otherwise we can teach you)
Knowledge of proper food safety handling practices
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with kitchen and food prep equipment
A team player with a positive proactive attitude
Quick and adaptable learner
Collaborative communication skills
Accountable in upholding high standards & integrity
Previous restaurant experience is always a plus, but never a must (we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)

Competitive Pay + Tips (Entry $14/hr + Tips Average $6.50/hr)
Health Insurance - must work at least 30 hours/week and employed at LHIM for 6 months.
