Roles: 

  • The most vital role of this job is that you are Support for your staff. Assisting in time of need, at any station, and knowing when to decline assisting when an employee needs to grow on their own.

  • Ensuring you’re running a clean & safe store for customers & employees, and that your employees are doing that as well.

  • Deliver excellent guest experiences with knowledge of the menu & services we can provide with a warm and genuine engagement. 

  • As a Manager your leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence will be essential in maintaining the high standards and reputation of your restaurant.

  • Team Member Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching & feedback, and address performance issues or conduct as needed, and provide recognition of outstanding performance when observed. 

  • Uphold high standards for Food & Safety protocols & procedures.

  • Being proactive in finding service in any part of the store. 

  • Foster a fun, positive, and motivating work environment.

 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Managing weekly inventory recording; ensuring inventory meets certain standards; expiration dates; market items appearance, waste & shrinkage.

  • Managing deliveries: ensuring everything is put away properly, everything accounted for per the invoice, recording any discrepancies such as damaged or missing items with vendors. 

  • Manage ordering: Observe counts on hand and order to PARS needed per item. Price checking when necessary. 

  • Assist employees in HR matters; inputting & maintaining employee files, scheduling issues. 

  • Ensure your employees have everything they need & the tools to do their job safely and efficiently on a daily-basis.

  • Getting hands on and assisting any respective station of the store at any given time. 

  • Manage the Prep Team’s daily workload; assessing our current food inventory and determining what recipes need to be completed now and/or for the following day.

  • Open to flexible schedule: Extended hours, Weekends, Mornings & Nights Shifts

  • Compassion for your staff & the customer.

  • Obtain TN ABC server’s permit - if applicable. 

  • Successfully complete Training on all stations, and manager duties.
